About me
A dedicated gardener based on the east side of Los Angeles with a background in growing food and edible landscaping.
In recent years, I have been inspired by the native plant and re-wilding movements, focusing on planting for the environment and local ecology. My work prioritizes cultivating plants that foster special relationships with other forms of life, rather than just serving human needs.
These days, I work with food plants alongside many beneficial species that support the local ecology. These plants help pollinators, enrich the soil through nitrogen fixation, build soil through the years and provides habitat for wildlife. In addition to those passions, I specialize in plants suited to Southern California, from Mediterranean varieties to classic English rose gardens, as well as houseplant curation and care. I truly love getting my hands dirty and working with plants.
